Amanah Harta Tanah PNB ("AHP"), a Real Estate Investment Trust, was constituted under a Deed dated 20 March 1989 between the Manager, Pelaburan Hartanah Nasional Berhad, Amanah Raya Berhad as Trustee of AHP, and the several persons who acquire units in the Trust.

AHP commenced operation on 21 March 1989, and was listed on the Main Board of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 28 December, 1990. The principal activity of AHP is investment in real estates.

Investment in AHP is opened to all Malaysian individuals 18 years of age and above, local institutions and local corporate bodies. All sales and purchases of units are carried out through licensed stockbrokers and prices are based on the market forces as reflected on the Main Market of the Bursa Securities.

The main investment objective of AHP is to provide reasonable level of income return to investors and allow them to gain from capital growth through the acquisition of a selected portfolio of real estate investments which have potential for long term capital growth.
